Here at The Lyndhurst we pride ourselves on looking after our guests to the highest of standards. Whether it is a short Bed and Breakfast break, or a full weeks half board holiday, or anything in between, we ensure everyone has a great time.

Our rooms are clean, fresh and, of course, all en-suite, equipped with Colour TV and Tea/coffee making facilities. Many of our rooms also benefit from beautiful sea views. We serve a high standard of traditional English food, cooked perfectly by our Chef. The Entertainment provided by our group of professional Entertainers, most nights of the week, is second to none.

We have a lift servicing all floors and the hotel enjoys full central heating.
If you holiday on one of our coaching tours you will find the coach is modern and comfortable, with toilet facilities and tea/coffee on board.

Our driver and courier will ensure you have a comfortable journey with adequate comfort stops on the way. Should you decide to journey here yourself, we can reserve National Express or Train seats for you, alternatively should you decide to drive we have adequate, safe parking here for your car.


At The Lyndhurst Hotel We know the type of holiday our more mature guests require, and we specialise in holidays for over 50’s, pensioners and older people who know how to enjoy themselves.

The hotel is situated on the seafront, midway between Torquay and Brixhamon Paignton’s Glorious Seafront. A short minute or two’s stroll acrossthe green to the  Beach and Pier. Unlike most of Torbay, Paignton is a flat level town, easy to walk around, with a good selection of local shops.
