- Reservations are confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit.
- A deposit of £30 per person per booking is required.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- Full accounts should be settled on arrival, by cash.
- Cheques are accepted provided that five days are allowed for clearance, or the amount can be covered by a cheque guarantee card.
- We cannot guarantee bedrooms to be available until 2pm on the day of arrival, however, guests arriving early may make full use of the Hotel's facilities, luggage can be stored and guests will be contacted when the room is ready.
- Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
- When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let, the Management reserves the right to make a Cancellation charge equivalent to 75% of the total booking.
- Guests are strongly recommended to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance, A leaflet will be sent with our confirmation letter.
